    4. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to all mobile text messages you initiate your mobile phone to the all Services. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
    5. You agree that the mobile phone number you enter in the Website is registered in your name.
    6. You agree not to disrupt, overwhelm, attack, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the Website or its associated software, hardware and/or servers in any way, and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of the Website.

    Copyright Complaints

    gladlyCode respects the intellectual property of others. gladlyCode may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the access of and take other action against users who infringe the copyright rights of others.

    Termination of Service
